Currency Setup Screen error

Has anybody managed to solve this error "passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack)" when adding currencies on the setup page? I am unable to continue on to the dashboard to continue with my Akaunting setup. I am very green at programming but have been able to find the line noted in the warning. Line 268.
