Dashboard Date Selecter

Whenever i select Dashboard it defaults to last finacial Year in the date range selecter.
Even if i select Current year. (2022-03-01 till 2023-02-28) it reverts to 2021-03-01 till 2022-02-28

This gows for all the diferent quickselect options. Thy basically select last finacianl years dates.

how can i set it to default to this finacial year?

I can confirm this. The current financial year for Australia is 1-Jul-22 to 30-Jun-23, but the default (and 'this year') date selection is last financial year (21/22) while the 'previous year' selection is 20/21. Previous quarter is correct.

This means the only available selection to show the current data - apart from manually selecting the start and end dates - is the 'last 12 months' selection

The same issue seems to apply to reports as well, where they default to last financial year - although at year end this is obviously what will be needed, it's a pain for things like quarterly tax reports.

Hi Techdoods,

I have resolved this problem by changing my settings under
Localisation
Financial Year
Financial Year Denote
set it to
"By the year in which it begins"

I know the logic dosent make sense but it worked for me
