Discount being applied to each line item

Hi, on version 2.1.36 discounts applied to the total are being applied to all line items.

Why is this happening?

Solved it, you can Go to Settings > Localisation.

You should find a field "Discount Location". Choose the option "At line"

This doesn't really fix the problem of total discounts being applied to every line item to make up the total discount.

A discount on the total should be just that. The system should not be applying the discount to each line item to get total discount.

You are correct Jamie, I was thinking the same way but we have to deal with what is available, who knows when they will hear us and fix the problem. In my case, the problem was solved by changing the option "At line". This way, I can add an item with a discount and only this item (not all) will have the discount reflected, so it is better than nothing.

I agree that a total discount should not affect all items, it changes everything and gives a weird sense, why? Who knows but is not correct. Hope you can work it out, akaunting does not care much about this things unless you pay.
