Discount code for OFX not woking

Says OFX20 code is invalid, but the meail you sent on 6 December said it would be valid for 7 days. Today is only 6 days agfter your email. Why can't I get the discount?

Discount code has worked, but think I've been charged twice.

I just checked the payment gateway logs and I can give the assurance that you've not been charged twice.
