Don't work to save and then Access denied

    Hello, I would like to save a setting. But it don't work. And then I get the Error message 'Access Denied'.
    Could somebody help me?

    Hello Melda,
    yes of course.
    1) I go to settings and Emails (because I would like to change the text)
    2) I write the changes
    3) I go to save but it doesn't save...the three white points are there for I think 5 Minutes.
    4) I actualizied the site
    5) the the error message was there 'Access denied'

    Now the access was open again. But I can't save anything... it looks like there is no respond. The 3 white points are moving for 30 minutes.

    Hello Ivonne,

    We have checked error logs however, encounter any issues with your account. I think you have to check your permissions settings to see whether your user can update email templates. If you are not the Admin the default Role would not allow you to edit it.

    thanks for your answer. Ok, this is interessting, because I'm the Admin and the only person who has access to this account. Now I tried it again. But when I press the button 'save' then the 3 white points are coming but nothing comes to an end.
    What can I try because I had this problem also when I would like to write an invoice. And then I have to make a manuelly invoice.
    Can I send you a video? I have record it.
