I would like to use one email address for two customers. Please advise the way forward.
I don't think that is possible right now without a custom app.
I Know that Automation apps allow you to send emails from Events like Invoice created.
But never tested..
My company provides IT support to hotels and some properties (customers) have the same management team. We are also looking to have a way that one email address can be assigned to multiple customers. Please implement.
I have the same issue, one email address for more that one customer. Is there a way around this.
