Email sending

Hi, I have tried all different settings for email sending from SMTP secure/unsecure to PHP to Sendmail and nothing works. I have installed program on 2 different servers plus my Qnap same results. I have used the online version via akaunting.com and still nothing works. I have tried using different email smtp addresses still nothing works. I either get 'woops' or it says 'invoice sent' but nothing is coming through my emails. I have tested phpmail and all is working ok on both servers. Can somebody please help as I am at a total loss as to what to do. i do like the program but without invoice sending it is useless. Cheers

You must be doing something wrong as our Cloud service is used by 80K+ users and you don't need to change any email settings.

Sorry mate all good, its working for some strange reason all emails went to junk folder and I didn't check there. Thanks

I need trouble shooting services regarding email to customers regarding payment acknowledgment. When i create invoice, email successfully sent to customers but when i received payment and update system accordingly then neither acknowledgment email sent to admin nor to customers..Why ? Previously it was working fine..
