What are the recommended settings to send customer invoices via email?


Any SMTP settings I attempt to configure don't seem to work.

The SMTP settings depend on your hosting settings so there is no specific one. What do you exactly mean with doesn't work? What do you get?

It displays the error 'whoops something went wrong...'


I've tried different options ie smtp ports, secure/insecure etc but nothing works.

In my case, I am also facing the same issue. I have tried different options i.e smtp ports, none,TLS/SSL etc but nothing happen. system displays the error '" whoops something went wrong..."


 


Pls reslove this error.

Hello everybody!
With me, the system is not saving the SMTP information. Keeps loading ever, but doesn't do anything.
Can I insert this information in some especific file?

Hello, There is a small problem with the email settings, when I click save I get the error in the browser console Cannot read property 'template_invoice_new_customer_subject' of undefined.

Hi. Were you able to solve it?
When this problems happens you should enable on your .env file the APP_DEBUG=true.

For me i am having the following error trying to send over TLS - 587 port.

Expected response code 354 but got code "554", with message "554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients "

Akaunting admins have an idea about it? Seems some missing variable related to customer, but not sure.
