Entering Banking Fees

What would be the best way to enter fees that the bank charges? I've received two fees for international transactions. Would I create a Vendor that contains my bank and a category for fees?

If you're one of the many business owners who are charged by your bank for either a method of payment or a bank transfer, I strongly recommend you to add your bank as a vendor and add these charges as payments made.
This solution will be significant if you are using Double-Entry App for your trial balance.
