ERROR - Action Required Not able to create a new user.

Getting ERROR - Action Required Not able to create a new user while making new journal entries or new chart of accounts, Also tried on another browser with clean cache, Are there any limits on the Free Plan?

We have a handful of entries using which we are evaluating this product. We intend to go for On-Premises Premium plan once our trial / POC gets over. As of now, this error appears misleading because there seems to be no connection between making a new journal entry vs a new user.

Update:
The error seems to have gone away on its own after some time. The website was also slow when the error occurred but now that also appears to be responding quickly. Thanks.
