Hi Support Team,
I have created company A, and add User A to be in company A.
Later I created company B, trying to add user A but when key-in email and password... it says email of User A "the email has been taken"
Kindly assist.

By User you meant Customer?
you are trying to add it from the customer page?
User = a staff of our company who doing the data key-in.. but its okay... i got it cover already..

Hi Carla, you login as manager. Edit the existing User then click on companies. It will drop down list of companies that you have created, add companies that you want this user to access.

Hi Carla, you should not add new user. Just edit the existing user. When you edit, the email input will be disabled.
Just add companies to this user.

it means I cannot add another user on the company I created?
