Fiancial Statements

An Accounting software is useful only, if it gives the Financial Reports such as Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement, etc.

Unfortunately, these essentials are missing in this software. Atleast i could not locate them.

Such features can be added to the new releases if you post to the Ideas category.

Interesting, but simplistic package.

The first thing I wanted to do was create a services tax form so that I could pay my government Tax. This software seems to offer a limited fixed report form. Only 3 types available.

I am a self employed designer and the software does not meet my needs at all.

There is only fixed, limited options, also I do not see any export option to take data out to use it.

Good luck with the software but it definitely does not meet my needs. Excel is better and more flexible. Also import setups pretty limited. I think, early days for this.

Also, I think you should be a little more up-front with your revenue stream. I had to do a lot of looking before I saw the add-ins that you charge for.

Open source is good, but declare how you can afford how to do it and maintain it.

I think it is a great software. It is only version 1.1 and i believe it is a great start.

You have got some ideas to make it better and more useful for everyone then speak up. List the ideas. They keep saying post your ideas. ( https://akaunting.com/forum/category/ideas )

These people are more than ready to make this software better everyday.

Comparing Excel with Akaunting is like comparing Apple with Pear and also this app is only 2 months old ffs!!

Anyways,

I really appreciate the effort made by the team behind this product and I will try to find a way to support them financially as well.

Very agree with Dag, I 'm laravel developer and system engineer with experience on project management and TI architecture.

This is very nice work and on my case, I'm reviewing your software with a accountant team to improve based on most recent finacial rules; I think that is correct for to approach to offer of akaunting.

And also Well Done Akaunting!!!!, you can include me for improve your ideas.
