Cannot access my Dashboard, tells me Forbidden Access.
Subscription is still valid etc.

Bumping this thread as I'm having a similar issue. My trial subscription has expired, but I can't downgrade to the free version. When I click downgrade a separate page opens and says "Forbidden".
