Graph Disappears

Hi, 

All of the graphs are blank. The one on the dashboard, and all of the reports.

How to fix that issue ? 

I know it is working because it has been populated already. I've refresh once and now all of them are gone

The thing is that all the graph are juste blank like it is not loaded. I have it on the Mobile and on the PC.

I know it should be populated as I have data and I already saw the graph working.

Can you please send me the URL so I can try to insepct the page and see what is happening? 

Yes, I am having the same issue and I have not been able to figure out what causes it.

Ok @Martin, please a screenshot of your CONSOLE of the insepct element, to see any errors of JQuery or Javascript.

I’m really glad you help me but you will need to be more specific and understand that you are talking to someone with really basic knowledge. Already happy I got so gare but I don’t mean what is my CONSOL and how to find that on my ovh server.

Hé got it! 

I changed the root folder name and it seems lots of file need that name. Therefore it was not able to load the CSS chart file. It works now as I came back to the original root name of the application.

But I still have issue : 

when usting HTTP it works but HTTPS no. The consol show : 

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.webname.com/Akaunting/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://webname.com/Akaunting/public/js/chartjs/Chart.min.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Where to change the HTTP by HTTPS ? 

Second question : what is the process if I want to change the root folder name : Akaunting by "Accounting" for example. If I do that the file https://www.webname.com/Akaunting/vendor/almasaeed2010/adminlte/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css.map can't be loaded. 

Because even if the root folader name is changed by Accounting, the realy path link will remain Akauting.
