having issues " Whoops, looks like something went wrong"

 i'm having this issues. i just installed the apps via softaculous. and already update the required setting. Im setting up the new vendor. and creating the new expenses, and having the error below. 


When i delete back the expenses everything is working fine. And advise on this?
