HOw to Create a service in akauting,i only see item feature

I needed to Create Items and i was successful,Can any one advice on how to create a service ,since well i can only create Item and it requires quantity,can i be able to create a service with accounting and hoe to?

You can set quantity as 999999 and use it as a service, it will never end up :-)
