How to manually transfer to another server?

Hello guys. Planning to migrate to another server, but upon trying to transfer all the files and database, i can't find where's the configuration to edit the URL/address, database name, database username and password. Help please.

You can copy files and database from the old to the new server and change the .env file in the root of Akaunting.
