I can't save some items on the system

My installation is new, I'm starting to use the system but I came across an error in the system. I believe it is something that I need to adjust but I couldn't figure out what it would be.
My Version is 2.04

In various operations within the system, when I try to record simple on the save button, the three dots appear as if I were saving and it remains forever, and does not save the change.

I've already activated mode debug but I couldn't find the problem anyway.

I am not part of their support team, but this is giving some error from this week, I believe they made some changes on the server, I think it will be corrected soon ... I used the google translator to write this message

I use my own server, the structure is ours, so changes to the Akaunting server would not affect them.

For example

if i try edit and save one invoice, he system is processing as if it were recording showing the 3 dots and does not save ... It is only showing as if it were recording.

if I try to edit the email template the same problem also occurs, it is indicating that it is recording indefinitely, but it does not record ...

I have the same problem. Sometimes when I edit a bill or an invoice, it just gets stuck on the save process, but never saves.

I believe it is something simple regarding the installation or the server that we are using because as the problem prevents the use I believe that others do not have the same problem. If you can help us, I would be grateful.

I just had the same problem occur on my (long time installed) installation. I was trying to edit the company details within an invoice. I click on SAVE and I get the three dots but nothing ever comes back and teh changes are never saved. I tried looking at the log files but nothing is recorded, either in Akaunting log files or Apache. I then tried editing company details from company set up page in case it was an issue with editing details from within an individual invoice but had the same problem.

Any ideas to resolve this?
