Hi all,
New to Akaunting, have been following the project for a couple of years but just diving in now for the first time with a sports club I've recently been appointed treasurer of.
I'm in the process of setting up the system and I'm now looking to import the last 12 months of bank transactions into the bank account of which there are over 2000 (file size is ~100KB). I've set up the file per the template but when I go to import it just sits on the 3 dots in the Import button and does not import. I reduced the file size to 20 and I was able to import (so I'm generally happy that data is in the right format) but I don't fancy doing that 100 times! Even reducing the load to 400 transactions did not work. Is this a known issue, is there any other way to get this data into Akaunting as a one time upload? Is there anything else I'm potentially missing?
All help appreciated, I really want Akaunting to work for me.
Thanks,
Andrew
Hello Andrew,
First of all, welcome on board.
Are you self-hosting Akaunting or using our Cloud service?
Regards
Hi Denis, I'm using the cloud service.
Hi Andrew,
We are happy to announce that the Bank Feed Feature is available now. The waiting is over. With the bank feeds feature, you can import your data automatically as transactions. So you can quickly review your transactions and connect them to invoices and bills. The bank feeds service will be available for users from the US and Canada at first. And the UK and Europe will be next.
