Hi there,
Thanks for great software.
Just wondering why `Banking > Transactions > Import Bank Transactions` is not available in self-hosted install? It seems like a basic feature that should be available for manual imports to my mind.
The link for that area is set to: https://akaunting.com/premium-cloud
Thanks
Hi Irene, you can import csv or xls file on the transaction page. download a sample copy of the xls file and populate it with your data. >>>(you can find under the 3dot menu at the top right)
Hi there, thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, this doesn't exist for me in the latest self-hosted version I have installed.

The "import bank transactions" link is hardcoded to https://akaunting.com/premium-cloud
If I click the button to import transactions, I'm taken to an ad to buy premium cloud Akaunting.
The lack of this ability in the free version makes the software essentially useless.
Hi Meauro.
I enter transactions every 2 days via this procedure.
Have you entered any transactions? I think I had to enter one manually before the import/export option showed. Under the 3 dots. I only have a self hosted version as well.
Its very much a software in development stage but once you learn all the querks it does work OK.
Aha! Oh that's great. Yes, once I manually create a transaction, I can now import stuff! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes the documentation leaves a lot to be desired. I really wish I was a lavarel coder as there is so many simple things that could be added.
This is the method I use to enter financial transactions every other day.
Have you made any purchases? I believe I was required to type one before the import/export button appeared. Below the three dots. I, too, am limited to a self-hosted option.
It's still very much a work in progress, but if you figure out all the kinks redactle, it functions adequately.
