I am looking to import expenses from my old system to Akaunting. I saw the Bills -> Import tool so thought that would be the place to do so.
I downloaded the sample import file (bills.xlsx) and modified it to perform a test to see if the import would work before I do the full modification of the data from my old system.
I upload the file and hit "Import" and I then get a message along the lines of "Your import has been scheduled. You will receive an email once it is finished." But I never receive an email and the data is never imported.
Is there an error occurring in the background which I cannot see? Or have I not got the correct data in my xlsx file which causes the import to not work?
I am using the Cloud at app.akaunting.com and Version 2.1.17.
I can't see if there's a way to upload my XLSX file here but if I find a way I will, or I can upload to Dropbox if you like.
