Import Items Issue

Hi all. I'm trying to import items in using the export template. It shows the progress bar reaching the end but the save button is still showing the rotating 3 dots & not items show. I've gone & left it overnight but still not showing my items.

Is there any things that can't be in the cells that I haven't found in my searching? eg only numbers/letters, no other characters.

also having the same problem please assist
