Import of items

can someone please help

I'm using the cloud base and trying to import items but it just keeps loading and not finishing it takes so long that the program logs me out

is there a error or what can i do?

i have 2 company's and they do the same on both but i cannot make a new one as i already boufht apps on the one i need them to be imported
