Importing invoices from excel

Hi guys,

I would like to import all pending invoices from excel as well as bills from suppliers. Is there an easy way to do this? I have downloaded the excel file from akaunting for invoices but the task seems very daunting and time consuming as the file have so many tabs to be filled with data.

Thanks for your feedback. Instead of filling out the sample data, you can import(attach) your own Excel sheet too.

I am sorry, but I do not understand what do you mean exactly. Perhaps I did not make myself clear. I am assuming that in order to upload my invoices I do need to fill certain information aligned with what the platform requires.

For instance, the import file has 6 different tabs, If I only fill the first tab with the basic information which includes the invoice amount, the invoice sub total and total are not reflected in the actual invoice, unless I also fill the tab called invoice_totals.

Having hundreds of invoices to import makes this task very time consuming, so that is why I asked if there is an easy way to make the import placing all invoices info in just one tab. I also wonder if it is imperative to fill out the tab called invoice_histories.
