Impossible to create user

Hi,

I installed the last version with Softaculous (top)

I created a customer but if I check the checkbox 'create user' and confirm I have a error message.

It's very boring. It's impossible to create an user

 

I found a long in the folder : storage/logs/laravel.log

Note: It's maybe an other problem but for information I don't receive the mail too. In the setting it's phpmail, and phpmailer is enable on my server. So i don't understand too.

Where is the fix? I dont use github so I dont know how to find what I need to fix this?

OK, I see this updated the version. Thing is I just downloaded this and installed it about an hour ago and this apparently was fixed yesterday. So how do I get version 1.1 and how do I install it? You really should update the download on your site so people get the latest version with the fix.
