Incorrect Income Summary

My Dashboard and reports are giving incorrect amounts

For example,  I have 4 invoices  totalling £8142.24  yet  Total Incomes on Dashboard states £12,027.58

I have edited invoices before they are sent as some figures changed.

I am onV 12.11 and its a completely fresh install.

Actually its associated with this currency, the default currency of our system is USD.

Firstly please check your default currency, i explain steps;

1- Dashboard

2-Options

3-Defaults

4-Default Currency (Dropdown Menu)

And last one i think check too your currency exchange rate, and i explain this steps too;

1-Dasboard (Again)

2-Options (Again)

3-Curreny

and you can process according to which currency you are using.

Great Idea but the amounts are still very high compared to the invoice totals.

I have disabled all currency apart from GBP and set it at rate 1

I hoped it would resolve but it didnt  any other ideas?  When looking at the DB tables directly aI can see multiple entries (i assume due to my changes)

Problaly but if you process still same data you may encounter the same mistakes.

Old data may need to be deleted. I mean you may need to enter the same data again.

Do you mean delete the invoices and re-enter ?

Yes Geraint, because if change your current exchange rate, system will not change the exchange rate of your old data. Because you changed the exchange rate now.

Yes Geraint, for all the invoices you want to change as exchange rate.
