Incorrect rounding

The totals for the line items on my invoices are shown with an accuracy of 1 decimal, when editing the invoice. So, a total of, say, 100 euros and 10 cents is shown as 100.1. This is not typically how euro amounts are shown. It is confusing.

The subtotal and total for the invoice are not rounded at all, when editing the invoice. So, I now have an invoice with a total of 514.1600000000001. This is sloppy.
