Internal Server error 500

I have 4 days receiving this error and can't login to my account. Already wondering if the app is still working or what.

I will explain a little bit further what is happening
I enter app.akaunting.com
Enter my loging info
it redirects to https://app.akaunting.com/74034
It prompt the Internal Server error 500 every time

Help I need my data.

I see many people are facing the same issues.
it has been 7 days already and that is unacceptable.
I created a support ticket and buy dedicated support wich is $67 to try to get back my accounting data and after that... I will look for a safer place.
I will keep you posted to see if I could recover my data.
