Invite User not working

I have been trying to add a a new user to my system but it doesnt work. I get a "Page unresponsive" error and i am not able to even input data for the new user.

Same issue here as well, I am wondering if this is a setting for email SMTP

Even when the correct smtp setting is entered , error still persist.
