Invoice currency and payment currency issue

Hi,
My customer is invoiced in Pakistani Rupee and also pays in Pakistani Rupee. However, when I make a transaction for payment, the payment defaults to USD which is not right. Is there a way that I can correct this?

Did you select PKR as default currency? In my case i invoice in Euro but when i select payment it shows momentary Dollar Sign but change to euro automatically.
