Invoice PDF different from web preview

Hi there,

I am new to akaunting and am currently self hosting a 3.0.9 on docker.
I have an issue with the invoices. They look great in the browser in the akaunting preview but if I do the "download PDF" thing they look much worse.

Example:
Web Preview: https://imgur.com/D72lTdE
Saved PDF: https://imgur.com/kTmOBIK

From what I see, I think the customer and invoice details sections aren't in separate columns any more for some reason and their vertical spacing is also broken in the PDF.

Anybody know how I can fix this?

Kind regards,
Kiriakos

@Kiriakos
It looks like the issue is old, and no one has cared to look at it or into the issue.

I have the exact same issue as your guys.

Hi,

I'm also having this issue still 6 months later on the new version 3.0.9.

There is no styling only all info listede down a sheet of paper (meaning that it takes 2 papers because of header and footer is one long list). It looks like CSS is missing in generation of the PDF. It doesn't look very nice, and just looks bad to the customers in that email they get's this in when sending and generating the invoice. Also generating and sent the invoice button push takes a very long time, as it is trying to get something there is not reference right in the code.

It looks fine if thy uses the link to go to the invoice or uses the portal and have portal access the invoice.

How can this issues be fixed or is there somehow to remove generation of PDF and attaching it to the email sent to the customer at least?

I'm also running this in a Docker container, where I have all modules, data and config in persistent volumes and database external.
