INVOICE PDF note downloading correctly

For some reason at the moment when I try to download the pdf invoice it is moving the footer up and covering the payment section of the invoice. if I select "print" rather than "download pdf" I can save it as a pdf and it saves properly.

When my customers look at the invoice it appears that they still owe money even if a discount or payment has been applied.
