Invoices Export

Good Day.

Is it possible to export all invoices and the invoice items in the same file. currently my export is only showing all invoices but the invoice items only showing for the first 7 invoice items.

Hi Edwin,

When you export Invoices the Items are already coming together in one file and as we tested the number of Items do not matter. Could you please check that your Items are entered correctly?

Thanks for the response. Maybe i can try and explain better. Currently i have 61 Invoices under my organization. After Exporting the invoices, under the items Sheet/Tab i can only see invoice items for only up to invoice INV-00008. Is there any way i could view all invoice items for all invoices in my organization?

The export button works for the current page. However, if you select the 100 pages at the bottom side of Invoice list you will be able to see your all Items in the sheet

Hi Melda, we are having the same issue. Selecting 100 from the dropdown and then exporting by clicking the export button, makes only the first tab in the excel (invoices) have 100 entries or rows. The second tab also has only 100 entries and those entries do not cover all the invoice items for all the invoices in the first sheet.
