Is there a wallet facility available?

Is there any facility like wallet to wallet transfer between customers? Like someone who has amount in his account which is a wallet, can transfer his money to another user within the akaunting system. When the other user logs into his account he can see that he has received amount.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
