Issues with Income Expense Reports

I'm using version 1.3.4 and I'm having issues accessing the Income Summary, Expense Summary and the Income vs Expense reports. I get the same error when trying to view these reports, max execution time exceeded,

I've tried changing the max execution time to no avail.
