Items Quantity data export

After the upgrade from 1.3 to 2.0 it appears that Item Quantity has been removed in favor of a paid inventory app. How can I export my previous data?

They are available in the xyz_items table of your database.

Is there a way to access that table if I'm using the Akaunting hosted version? A cURL I can use or an api request? Or a way to export the database?
