Missing UnCompressed Javascript Files from Repository

I just downloaded the latest version of 2.1.33 from GitHub and when uploaded to server, I found there are only compressed javascript files in public/js/* folders. Then I tried searched them on Github but there no javascript files in master branch or just compressed in releases. Where can I find uncompressed & non-minified versions of Javascript Files?
