More than one brand owned by the same company

Hi, 
I have 2 business owned by the same company and I don't know if it's possible to link these 2 brands to the main corporation and sync the accounting (sending the expenses and earnings to the main bank account mainly) or maybe I'm wrong and this is not the right workflow.

Please, how to do this ore want options do I have?
