Move item to another position in create invoice page

I saw a field that use to moved item to another position in that list, but when i try to click or drag, nothing happend
How to use it?

Can you Open the Inspector of your browser by clicking F12 and check if any errors shows on console tab?

I didn't succeed too. However I am almost sure it was working on previous versions. Maybe you should open a ticket on github to advise Akaunting team about the problem
