New invoice not being saved

Hi all, I am new to Akaunting and am having problem saving new invoices created. After creating the invoice and hitting the save button, the saved page results in zero totals and missing attachment, as well as not being retrievable (every new creation goes back to the same starting invoice number). Help!

Where do you encounter this problem, i mean cloud or your own host?

Batuhan, in the cloud. Downloded only the cloud-based software.
