New Revenue

How to change default cash income its showing in USD by default cant even change it. I added New indian currency, but stil lcant delete the US $ ones. I changed default to INR from all settings still cant delete US $. Cant even change default from New revenue. PLease help thanks. ( sorry for bad english)
