The notification bell with a yellow number on the header does not respond when it's clicked on. When I click on it, I am redirected to the dashboard. But the dashboard does not have any notification. And the yellow number does not change. I cannot read or access my notifications. Please fix urgently.

We could not reproduce any issues related to the notifications system both on Cloud and Local. Could you please make sure that it is not happening because of your Local setup?

The local setup seems good. The directory was setup without any issues.
Where should we look in the local setup?

2.1.17 version had this issue. Please make sure that your Akaunting version is up to date.(2.1.18v)

Its more than 3 hours and I am still banned. I cannot access my account or my clients accounts. I cannot even log in. I think I have the latest version because I updated thee software this morning before access was denied. Yes, this issue was in the previous version. After the update the issue was still there.
