Offline Payments - onPremise Docker

I have pulled and installed the docker for akaunting, got it running with MySQL. I am trying to learn how to use it. I have a temporary online account also. I have no apps installed in either version. In the online account I can see Settings-Offline Payments and create a new payment but in the docker version, there is no tab for Offline Payments under Settings? Why the difference? What other functionality is different? How do I add a new payment type in the docker version?

Okay, went back and looked at the online version, it is a trial but I do apparently have a few apps on it installed. I have 2FA, Roles & Permissions, Calendar and Bank Feeds. Does one of these have the Settings->Offline Payments as part of it? Is that what I am missing?

Removed all of the apps from the online, no change, Offline Payments is still available there, but not in the on-Premise docker?

Any update on this? I posted a bug on Github, but the development team seems to have deleted it.

Update : Dev Team moved my issue to the repository to do specifically with Offline Payments. Didn't know this could be done.
