Partial Payments

I am new to this program.  I have a residential rehab company.  Is there a way to set up an estimate for a job and then invoice against that estimate for progress payments?  So, if entire job is 100K and I invoice for 3 draws and then final invoice?  Or do I have to track that in an excel sheet and then just enter progress invoices in here?  Thanks!
