PDF Creation Errors

Hi,

I have brought this up previously, and had no luck, I thought I had found a fix but this did not last and I am receiving the same error, there seems to be some conflict between DOMPDF and the templates used when downloading or sending invoices. Is this a configuration issue of my instance or something generally wrong with the software.
