Php 500 error

I get this PHP 500 Error after Update:

That happens when I want to add a Invoice and chose to uplaode a file / pdf.

I have no custom app installed and I don't know how to find out from which Version I have updated but the last update must have been 1-2 Month ago. I have currently installed the newset version.

I cant open any old invoices which have an attachmant. When I open these pages I allways get internal server error 500. Also creating new invoices payments with attachmants are not working, when I press create/submit, because I get again Error 500. Before the update everything was working fine.

Please help, because Akaunting is completely not working for us anymore.
