Price field was rouded with VND curency

Hi Guys. I am newly using your software that are good but there are some bugs:

1. When I create new Curency is Viet Nam Dong(VND) then i try to create new Invoice or Bill, the Price textbox do not let me input with "." in decimal values and the value will be rouned. I must press enter to create a Draft Invoice/Bill. the Button not work. And when the Price textbox losed focus, the value just input will disappeared. Therefore, I can't create more lines of items in one Invoice/Bill. When set language to EN they are OK.

2. When new update arrived, I can not Update software.
