profile image is crashed - not shown up

My profile picture is crashed, not shown up, why? In the edit section of user, the picture box is also disabled and with use gravatar there with gray background? It is not clickable, why? How can we fix it, either on code or normally. How to disable gravatar?

I've not used the gravatar anymore. I've used complete new one and I've not tried it anymore.

In your settings, click on Default and then choose No for gravatar image.
After this you can upload your profile picture and you will be able to see it. It won't be crashed.
