Properties and Equipment solution

Is there any way to keep records of properties and equipment, for example, tables, chairs, computers, etc that I have and use in my business activities but don't sell. The inventory module looks more focused on the list of items for selling. In the case of equipment, we need the ability to record the fact of the purchase an item at the specific price, possibly depreciation, as well as write-offs when the equipment becomes unusable and is no longer used. Do you have this or a similar feature in Akaunting?

Just one additional point: properties and equipment must be a part of the assets in the balance sheet. I that there is a double entry module but how it can get the information of the properties and equipment? Or it is just a manual entry with the calculation somewhere on the side?

Hello,

Yes, you should use the Double-Entry app for trial balance, general ledger, balance sheet, and other double-entry accounting features.

Denis,

I am sorry but you have not answered my question - do any modules have the functionality to keep records for properties and equipment. This is absolutely not directly related to the balance. I asked about it in my second post only for clarification purposes.
In fact, I do not need a balance - I would like to keep records for properties and equipment as I wrote:

to record the fact of the purchase of an item (like computers or tables) at the specific price, possibly depreciation, as well as write-offs when the equipment becomes unusable and is no longer used.
These items are not for selling.
How is this possible to do?

If I can do it with the Double-entry module - where can I see the demo? I don't want to use the double-entry method. I just need to be able to record property.
