Recurring invoice cron not working

For the bill reminder cron job, use the following command
/usr/local/bin/php /path_to_akaunting/artisan reminder:bill >> /dev/null 2>&1

nothing is working with me neither
I've tried the three commands listed above here and they return nothing and reflects nothing on the system
any help?

I get this with the command "artisan reminder:bill"
Sending bill reminders for Siliconkit company.
